The Challenge

Internet service provider, Pure Broadband, needed marketing support on its expansion across Yorkshire as it set upon the launch of its new Fibre to the Home service.

The business was also wanting to change brand perception as it was focused on old product offerings.

The Response

Timescales were tight – with website development and CRM integration already mapped out, meaning we had to be quick off the mark. We set to work carving out a niche for them in a crowded marketplace, creating a brand positioning and standout creative that really gave them an edge.

The Results

We’ve since helped them to launch their marketing campaigns throughout Yorkshire, with over 50 pieces of coverage secured. We've also seen a huge increase in engagement and reach on social media, including a 58% increase in LinkedIn followers. Importantly, this has all helped to deliver ahead of target by gaining 5,000 additional customers to date through direct marketing, social media, outdoor advertising, digital campaigns and PR.
