The Challenge

Real wood panelling provider, Naturewall, had a unique approach to reinventing interior walls and came to us to help kickstart its wide-ranging marketing push to make more potential customers aware of its simplicity and effectiveness.

We provided a range of solutions for the company to increase its visibility.

The Response

Rapidly expanding and enriching Naturewall’s social media output was central to our plan. Several top-quality Instagram Reels per week, lots of community engagement and a vast expansion of its existing Pinterest account were all included in the wide-ranging solution. We also set up a brand new TikTok account which gained 38,000 followers in just one year.

Engaging with well-known influencers, including Nick Grimshaw and Saffron Barker, helped to scale-up the company’s profile and drew on their high profiles to bring about rapid sales growth and vastly increased engagement figures.

And if that wasn’t enough… we oversaw an entire rebrand of Naturewall’s website to ensure its brand matched the ethos and simplicity of the product.

The Results

The first 12 months working alongside the brand were nothing short of meteoric. Driven, in part, by several pieces of viral video content – one of which reached in excess of four million accounts - the audience across all social channels rose by 127 per cent, while reach was recorded at a 325 per cent year-on-year increase.

We launched a new charcoal black panelling product which went live to coincide with Black Friday and the results were beyond the client’s wildest dreams. Our concept created unprecedented demand and all product samples sold out within six hours.

And that viral video content we mentioned earlier? It was liked by more than 111,000 people, shared 13,000 times and saved on 27,000 occasions!
