We’re looking for a creative storyteller who understands social media and will help our clients stand out from the crowd with measurable results.  You will be experienced in all social channels and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Social & Content Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver social media strategies for clients’ owned channels, with a focus on audience insight, business objectives and performance metrics

  • Design channel-specific content plans (including proactive campaigns and evergreen content) appropriate for and in line with audience and channel insights, that aligns with PR activities and the news agenda

  • Critically analyse the performance of campaigns identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed clients’ expectations and KPIs

  • Manage the provision of accurate and insightful reports based on social media performance

  • Forecast and calculate projected results of campaigns

  • Manage social listening to identify opportunities to react to trending conversations, news stories, monitoring brand mentions

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand messages and extend reach

  • Formulate and oversee a sustainable community engagement strategy for all clients

  • Stay abreast of changing digital trends, content management tools, peer activity and audience preferences, and propose and experiment with new ways to develop content in line with the changing landscape

  • Work closely with studio and client services on the creation of assets, writing briefs and setting creative direction to ensure our outputs align with the strategies, follow brand and legal guidelines, inform communities and enhance the reputation of the client

  • Support the social media team in developing their own capabilities, including crafting campaigns, designing creative evergreen content, creating content calendars, executing community engagement and measuring campaign performance

  • Pitch our services to new and existing clients, articulating how we will meet objectives and how the activity will fit into an integrated marketing plan
