We recently welcomed Aidan to the team for some work experience.  Here’s his take on his time at Pace…

I would like to thank you for my work experience and for all the team for being so accommodating.

I started my work experience with Caroline working on her client Beal Homes.  I was tasked with designing the briefs for the designers for May’s social media and research tasks which is essential. Something I was really impressed with was how well Pace understands every company they work with.  It was great to be working on a live project as it allowed me to have a great insight into marketing.

I was given the opportunity to speak with the designers and members of the PR and Social Media team.  They explained to me what a typical day would look like for a member of the team and what skills are essential for their role.

The culture in the office was like a breath of fresh air, the team are so creative and innovative, I really enjoyed being a part of it.  My time with Pace has influenced my desire to be involved in marketing and the knowledge I have gained will help set me up ready for my degree.
