Paid Social Specialist
Continued client growth means we have an exciting new opportunity and we’re now looking for an energetic, data-hungry paid social specialist who will lead on all our paid social activity.
The role
You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering clients’ paid social strategy and the efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against agreed KPIs with emphasis on innovative initiatives. You will work closely with our Client Services team to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results.
Responsibilities
Planning, optimising and executing paid social campaigns across multiple-social channels
Critically analysing the performance of campaigns identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns
Producing high quality client-facing reports, studies and presentations including measuring forecasts vs actual and clearly articulating rationale for optimisation methodologies throughout campaigns
Maintaining an in depth understanding of the social landscape to ensure delivery of best-in-class campaigns
Proactively supporting the Head of Content with research, insight and support around datasets that lead to effective paid, or cross-channel, media strategies and tactics
Supporting new business by delivering paid social audits and account reports
Upskilling other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid social campaign execution
Supporting the wider team to improve their understanding of paid social
Developing the paid social offering to include the latest tools, technology and techniques, when required
Ensuring all work is QA’d appropriately and to the highest standards
Knowledge, experience and attributes
An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid social campaigns
A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
A self-starter who is highly motivated and passionate about social media and paid social
Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly analytical and data driven
A confident and articulate presenter
