We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our busy team and ensure the smooth running of our office and support our MD day-to-day. 

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to multi-task, a commercial mindset, is friendly with a positive attitude and is an excellent organiser.  

You will be familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience working with Xero accounting software. 

Experience of, or a genuine interest in, the marketing communications industry will be a definite bonus.

Typically you will be:

  • Responsible for general office activities – answering calls, responding to emails, greeting visitors, arranging meetings, managing office supplies

  • Updating systems, records and databases

  • Performing accounting tasks including invoicing and budget tracking

  • Managing suppliers

  • Organising internal events and social activities

  • Co-ordinating induction for new team members

  • Contributing to creative brainstorms and team meetings
