Marketing Manager
This is an exciting new role in the growing Pace team.
The role
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to help develop and execute marketing initiatives for Pace. This role combines brand strategy, campaign management and measurement, to drive agency growth, elevate brand presence and support client success.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Help develop and implement integrated marketing plan to promote our services.
Identify target audiences, market trends and growth opportunities.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, PR and events).
Oversee creative briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
3. Brand Development
Maintain and strengthen the Pace brand identity and positioning.
Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Lead thought leadership initiatives (blogs, case studies, whitepapers).
Lead community engagement/charitable activity.
4. Digital Marketing & Content
Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies and analytics.
Oversee social media presence and engagement strategies.
Organise the monthly Pacecast.
Collaborate with team members to produce compelling content.
5. Data, Insights & Lead Generation
Collect, manage and analyse marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, website analytics, social platforms and campaigns).
Identify patterns, customer behaviours and market opportunities to inform targeting strategies.
Develop and refine audience segmentation to support highly targeted marketing efforts.
Drive new business lead generation through data-led campaigns, including inbound and outbound strategies.
Monitor lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline performance, optimising campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate with client development director to align targeting and improve lead acquisition outcomes.
Utilise marketing automation and CRM tool (Pipedrive) to track and update leads effectively.
Support preparation for new business pitches and proposals.
Skills and competencies
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a creative agency.
Strong understanding of marketing channels.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
