At Pace we craft compelling narratives and impactful campaigns for a diverse range of clients.  Our services span brand and campaign development, PR, social media, advertising, event management and film and video production. We’re now looking to add to the evolving Pace family with two new exciting new opportunities in our team: Head of Client Services and Business Development Manager.

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven individual who can build a healthy pipeline of leads, to unlock exciting new opportunities and raise our profile to accelerate business growth. You’ll bring boundless energy that engages clients and our teams alike. You’ll have an always-on attitude and thrive on seeking out opportunities and creating new connections, always maintaining high standards for how we present ourselves to the world.  

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to drive and supercharge our business growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build and manage an active pipeline, establishing and creating strong relationships 

  • Work with internal teams to convert new business leads into live projects

  • Collaborate with team members to utilise superb work and insights to develop more opportunities

  • Work with our Head of Strategy on client strategies, proposals and pitch presentations 

  • Identify emerging and industry trends while being fully aware of the competitive landscape

  • Support the client services team with the retention and proactive growth of existing clients

  • Collaborate on the delivery of our marketing plan to build awareness and raise our profile 

What we’re looking for:

  • A strategic thinker with a consultative approach and proven experience of growing client accounts

  • Able to drive the continued momentum of our new business activity and be hands-on when needed

  • An excellent communicator and strong relationship builder 

  • An organised, proactive self-starter, able to flourish with minimal supervision, results-driven with a commercial mindset

  • Positive, energised and determined; ambitious for yourself and Pace

  • Previous agency experience is desirable
